Multi-instrumentalist Pete Sandvik is a veteran of the Minnesota music scene, performing with groups as diverse as the Duluth Accordionaires and the Grateful Dead tribute band the Space Heaters. Pete brings Cajun, zydeco and rock influences, combined with a musically adventurous attitude and legendary improvisation skills, to his accordion playing with the Sweet Colleens.

As a solo accordionist, Pete offers a lively and interactive live music experience with a variety of instruments. Pete brings together rock influences, classical training, and a passion for world music in his accordion performances. His repertoire includes sing-alongs, folk songs, world music, and much more, all with a focus on fun and audience participation.
